General Support Guidelines

  • All support issues that do not require a person to be involved are free.

  • A support issue that requires the involvement and cost of a person to resolve the issue is not free and an incident can be purchased below.

  • If you have a current SyncCare support contract, your support is free, whether it is automated or if an individual is involved.

  • If you do not have a SyncCare support contract, we recommend that you purchase the latest version of our software with the support contract included.

SyncCare Support Program

With SyncCare we provide you with the following:

  • 12 months of Phone, Email, and Gotomeeting Assistance
  • Phone Service is available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm PST
  • Patches and upgrade assistance
  • Assistance with synchronization issues and setup
  • 50% discount or higher on product upgrades.
  • SyncCare starts on the day you purchase it.

Requirements:

  • You must be running an eligible version of 123 Synchronizer. Currently, only 123 Sync 2011 is eligible for SyncCare.
  • Your system must meet the minimum requirements to be eligible at the time of purchase and required by Support Specialist when troubleshooting issues
  • SyncCare is only available for 1 machine/1 user and it is non-transferable.
  • SyncCare must be purchased 30 days after the purchase of the product.
  • For server licenses, you must provide us with up to 3 individuals that have authorized access to SyncCare support.

We provide free email and phone installation support within the first 30 days of your purchase of our products. If you need support after 30 days of your purchase, purchase one of the options below. If you need customized support re. usage of the product, training, custom configuration, we recommend that you purchase support.

Free 72-Hour Email Support Use the problem report form and we'll contact you within 3 business days. Your software has a 6-Month Email support included. If your support question requires a remote login to your system, you must purchase a support incident.
  
Installation  Support Free support will be provided to you for your first installation of the software license.

Any consequent installations of the same license are not eligible to free support, even if the second installation is made within 30 days of purchasing the product. If you require installation support support of ANY kind, click here.

1/2 Hour Phone/GotoMeeting  Support Here we either talk with you or go online and share your desktop to provide you support via gotomeeting.com. Our rates are $95 for 30 minutes. If you desire to purchase, click here.

Support Policies

 

All automated support is free, including email license activation. Any support that requires the intervention of a person that we have to hire, if for-charge.

Installation Policy

123 Synchronizer will provide free installation support for 1 installation of the software.

 

Any installation of a license beyond the first install is not eligible to receive free support. You must purchase support.

 

Transferring a license from one PC to another

In some cases, we allow users to transfer a license from a PC to another. When this occurs, you forfeit ALL free support from 123 Sync and you MUST purchase support if you need help on the new machine. 

 

30 Day Phone Support  Policy

123 Synchronizer Inc. provides free support 30 days after the purchase of the product for the original installation. Any other support beyond 30 days falls under the guidelines of the 3 types of support provided above to our customers.
