123 Synchronizer for ACT! and Outlook/Exchange
# 1 Solution to Sync ACT! with Exchange and/or Outlook
We prefer PayPal. You can either user your PayPal account or your credit card.Client Licenses can only be used to synchronize 1 ACT! User with Outlook/Exchange. Client licenses are typically used by individual users on their computers and the software is installed on the machine.
Server Licenses are used to synchronize multiple ACT! and 123 Custom users to multiple Outlook/Exchange folders from the 123 Sync Interface. The license indicates the total number of enabled users (ACT! or Custom) going to use 123 Synchronizer on the server. For example, if you have 50 active users in your ACT! database and only 5 users will be setup on 123 Sync to synchronize, you only need a 5-User license. Only enabled users (checkmarked on the user list on the synchronizer) count towards the license count.
