| ACT! To Outlook Calendar Categories

| This drop down option allows ACT! Activities Colors and Types to be transferred to the Categories field in the Outlook calendar item. If Calendar synchronization is enabled, any modifications to these settings are brought back into ACT!.

| Action to Take in Outlook when ACT! Calendar Items are Cleared
|
| · | Delete Item in Outlook - When a calendar item is cleared in ACT!, it is then deleted from Outlook
|
| · | Add Cleared Tag in Outlook - This will only add the cleared tag to the Outlook calendar subject line i.e. (Cleared) :: Appointment
