Body Text Headers
These are the headers that appear when you convert into the body text area. They are made editable so that they can be edited to different languages.
Notes Marker/Delimiter
This text delimiter is added to the beginning of the body text and any text that is entered above the marker, it is transferred as a note (in the case of contacts) or as the Activity Details when text is added to calendar/tasks.
Enabled Fields for Fields List
This is a list of all the fields encountered in the ACT! Database. Fields check marked in this list (like Customer ID above) as transferred to the Body Text as [Field Name] = Field Value. For example:

This list is aimed to transfer contact data 1-way to Outlook and ultimately be transferred to Smart Phones where you can then access any contact data on the Smartphone. This is due to field limitation on the Smartphone so 123 Sync allows users to transfer any field to a smartphone in the form of notes.
