Contacts Sync Features

• Additions, modifications, and deletions supported from ACT! to Outlook and from Outlook to ACT!
• New text incorporated into the body text in Outlook is converted into a Note in ACT! that is related to the contact.
• PDA Synchronization Features. Full Contact and Notes PDA sync is supported.
• Field level synchronization allows users to merge contact information between ACT! and Outlook.
• Special Contact Sync Features
  • Secondary Contacts may be listed on Outlook's contact body text. Take everything with you.
  • Opportunities may be listed on the contact body text.

Calendar Sync Features

• Meetings and Calls can be synchronized to the Outlook Calendar.

This is the most exciting sync product we have delivered. It brings over the standard sync items but it has some major improvements that will make life easier when you sync with a Smartphone.

You can configure the software to bring over a contact's details, specific fields, history, notes and sales opportunities to the body text of a calendar item. Hence, when you open a calendar item, you have all the contact's details listed on the body text. This makes it easy to call the contact from the calendar also to have all the data in one place.

Another really exciting feature is that you can enter a "keyword" into the first line of the body text in the calendar item and have that item cleared and moved to history in ACT!. Very neat.

You can also create history items in ACT! from a calendar item by using another keyword. This is the first CRM-Enabled sync software on the market that aims to make life easy for our customers. The whole point of a CRM package like ACT! is to be able to keep history in ACT! of actions taken with a contact. Well, 123 Sync 2010 enhances these abilities to the Smartphone.
